Transfer and Cancellation PolicyIf you cannot attend, your registration is completely transferrable to a co-worker, colleague, or friend.
Please email any change requests to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than April 10, 2017 (after this date we will not be able to guarantee appropriate name badge, and other recognition).
In the event that you need to cancel and cannot give your registration to someone else, please notify us as soon as possible, and please note the following restrictions:
- Refunds are available through March 31, 2017 less a $50 administrative fee.
- The conference reserves the right to change the event program at any time.
