MSU Experience Architecture: Overview and Practitioner Workshop
This lunchtime workshop provides an overview of the new Michigan State University Experience Architecture undergraduate program, and also provides an opportunity for practitioners to help “design” the program. Through lunch, we will cover the following:
- How being part of the Arts & Letters program at MSU makes it special and different from other UX-related programs (at other schools, vs. graduate studies)
- Overview of the curriculum
- Details on selected classes
- Stories from the first year and upcoming plans
During this 90 minute session, there will be many of opportunities for practitioners in the audience to give feedback on the curriculum, details on specific classes (like what books to use as texts), internship opportunities, what companies expect from students, etc.
