Ray Kail is the lead UX Designer at Meijer. He’s a certified SAFe Agilist who’s been directing the UX design process supporting Meijer.com, the Meijer mobile apps, and the Curbside shopping team member app. Last summer he started running a bi-weekly usability testing program to generate frequent feedback and findings from customers. Prior to joining Meijer, Ray worked at Steelcase, J.P. Morgan Chase, and also served 10 years in the Army Reserves with two overseas deployments. He earned his Master’s degree in HCI from DePaul University in 2013.
